Calling all movie lovers, students and people of all ages, watch Jason and the Argonauts released year 2000. This movie is based on the Greek mythology story of Jason’s adventure to retrieve the Golden Fleece. You will learn many values from this movie. The movie shows adventure, courage, friendship and hardships. This movie is full of adventure, adventures that can take you anywhere in your wildest dream. But sadly some effects are not good all. Right music and great cinematography brighten up the film but what’s brighter than the actors than the actors themselves. The actors portrayed their role very well. But there some that I didn’t like continue reading to know who’s who. Want to know more about Greek mythology then you should watch this movie. This is a great start and your gateway to Greek mythology. So get your popcorn and start rolling the film. Children are advice to watch with their parents. There are parts that are not suitable for young audiences.
This movie was released
on May 7, 2000. About the editing of the movie, here are my thoughts: some
monsters do not look real, Like for example the bull and the dragon. But
considering the technology before maybe it’s very impressive. Some scenes are
not cut well. There are scenes that from excitement, the scene became sad and
dull.
The music and the sound effects can add up to your senses. Simon Boswell was the one responsible for the music scoring. But in this movie some scenes don’t have background music. So those scenes became dull and boring for me. As for the rest of the movie the scoring was great. It was very right for the scene, like for example when Jason and his crew are sailing through the ocean. The thunder and lightning sound is very realistic.
There’s sound when Zeus is angry or annoyed at Hera. here's what I can say about the movie's cinematography:
When Zeus is angry the clouds darken, when his done the clouds turn to normal. The places where they shot the movie look like real Greek Times. I am very amaze that they really sailed through the sea. They captured the beautiful scenery of the ocean.
